Turner Construction Company seeks a Superintendent for Self-Perform Operations to lead SPO staff, trades, and suppliers on complex projects. You will develop safety programs, plan tasks, review drawings, and integrate SPO work into the main schedule while ensuring quality and adherence to contracts.

The role requires at least 3 years in self-perform leadership, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong communication, planning, and EH&S knowledge. Travel may be required.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience managing self-perform work or with trades.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Building Construction, or related field is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of self-perform work, tools, and equipment.
• Strong reading of contract documents, drawings, specifications and schedules.
• EH&S awareness and ability to communicate issues to non-technical audiences.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, forecast, lead, direct, and coordinate SPO staff, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Oversee implementation of work to meet safety, schedule, and quality standards.
• Develop and manage SPO work schedules and integrate into the main project schedule.
• Monitor quantities, progress, and production to optimize labor deployment.
• Hire, supervise, and evaluate Trade labor; mentor forepersons.
• Lead pre-task planning and development of Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs).
