Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a Retirement Plan Consultant to deliver objective guidance to plan sponsors and employees. You will conduct in-person or virtual presentations, participate in education initiatives, and support plan reviews to enhance participation and assets, with a bonus opportunity based on performance.

The role requires a high school diploma at minimum, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and securities licenses (Series 7/66) with relevant state licenses.

Qualifications

• Excellent presentation skills required.
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus.
• Series 7, Series 66 preferred and appropriate state insurance licenses required.
• CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable.

Responsibilities

• Present plan features to individuals and groups to grow plan assets.
• Attend benefit fairs and new employee orientations.
• Participate in annual plan reviews and financial education planning.
• Support targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates.
• Educate participants about plan participation and options.
• Travel may be required depending on territory.
