Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. seeks a dedicated Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and restroom areas across multiple store locations. Travel within the designated district is required. Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Some cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to follow simple instructions and directions
• Good communication with coworkers and customers
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual and reliable attendance

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple store locations within the designated district
• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and buffing
• Vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting carpets
• Clean restrooms, dust, remove trash, and clean windows
• Follow schedule and report time worked accurately via phone timekeeping
• Maintain safety and operate cleaning equipment per manufacturer instructions
• Provide guidance to junior technicians as needed
• Deliver consistent, high-quality cleaning services at client locations
