Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Floater to manage floor and carpet maintenance across multiple Ohio store locations. The role requires independent work, reliability, and a customer-friendly approach.

You will operate floor care machines, perform waxing, buffing, extraction, and provide carpet maintenance while adhering to safety guidelines. Travel across Ohio is required; paid drive time and mileage reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions and safety procedures.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.

Responsabilités

• Perform floor care: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provide carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, extracting.
• Assist with waxing, dusting, restroom cleaning, trash removal, and window cleaning.
• Report time and equipment issues; follow supervisor directions.
• Travel across Ohio to cover multiple locations as needed.
