Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floater for floor maintenance across multiple store locations in Northern Illinois and Southeast Wisconsin. You will perform hard floor care, carpet maintenance, and detailed cleaning tasks while maintaining safety and customer service standards.

The role requires reliable transportation, the ability to work nights or early mornings, and a flexible schedule to cover store locations. Weekly pay and comprehensive benefits are available to eligible employees.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED
• Ability to engage in respectful communications with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potentially stressful and time sensitive situations.

Responsabilités

• Cover multiple locations within designated district to ensure daily tasks meet customer requirements.
• Perform floor care including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing on hard surfaces; carpet maintenance including vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Report time worked and any equipment issues; maintain safety and organization of storage areas.
