Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floater to perform floor maintenance across multiple store locations, including waxing, buffing, carpet care, and general cleaning tasks. You will work with a Building Maintenance team and interact with customers, store personnel, and the public in a respectful manner.

Reliable transportation is required, with weekly pay and a strong benefits package. Candidates must be 18+ and able to work flexible hours, including nights or mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to apply common sense understanding and carry out simple instructions.
• Ability to engage in respectful communications with coworkers, customers and store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Will cover multiple locations within designated district.
• Routinely refers to the daily task list to ensure tasks are completed per customer requirements.
• Performs assignments according to schedule and as expected by clients.
• Performs all general cleaning tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Operates floor care machines safely and in accordance with instructions.
• Keeps storage area organized and requests supplies through supervisor.
• Follows all safety requirements and company policies.
• Interacts respectfully with customers and personnel.
• Reports equipment problems or shortages to supervisor.
