Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is hiring a Cleaning Floor Care Floater to service multiple Illinois locations and travel as needed. The role emphasizes floor cleaning, waxing, and carpet maintenance at client sites with supervision from the Building Maintenance team.

The Floater works with a collaborative crew, adheres to safety policies, and reports time accurately. Training is provided, with weekly pay and opportunities for growth within the company.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate respectfully.

Responsibilities

• Cover multiple locations within a designated district and follow daily task lists.
• Perform hard floor care: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing and buffing as needed.
• Provide carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Perform waxing and other detailed cleaning tasks as assigned.
• Report time worked accurately via phone timekeeping system.
• Maintain a safe, organized storage area and follow safety procedures.
