Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floater to perform floor maintenance across multiple locations in North & Metro Minnesota. You will wax, buff, scrub, and perform carpet care at client sites with limited supervision while interacting with store personnel and customers.

The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and safety. Must be 18+, have reliable transportation, and be able to travel to various locations; training provided, weekly pay, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or recipient of GED.
• Some cleaning experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to engage in respectful communications with coworkers, customers and store personnel.
• Ability to work well in a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• Ability to effectively manage time to accomplish the necessary tasks.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Will cover multiple locations within designated district.
• Performs all general required tasks as directed by Supervisor.
• Handles floor care: sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, buffing on hard surfaces.
• Provides carpet maintenance: vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting and extracting.
• Reports to work on time and reports time worked via phone timekeeping.
