Job summary

Sizemore, Inc. is seeking a Floor Care Technician to maintain floors and carpets at client sites, working with a collaborative team. You will perform cleaning tasks, follow schedules, and report time accurately while upholding Sizemore’s safety and quality standards.

Applicants should be able to lift up to 45 pounds, work night shifts or early mornings as required, and communicate effectively with store personnel and customers. Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform floor care tasks on hard surfaces, including sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and buffing.
• Provide carpet maintenance such as vacuuming, shampooing, bonneting, and extracting.
• Complete cleaning tasks like waxing, dusting, restroom cleaning, window cleaning, and trash removal.
• Follow daily task lists and report time worked accurately.
• Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed at all times.
