Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities (a division of Irvine Company) is seeking a Community Relations Representative to be the first on-site contact for residents, fostering positive relationships and handling move-in/out processes, questions, and concerns.

Responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, maintaining common areas to company standards, documenting services in the system, and leveraging new technologies to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Valid California driver’s license with vehicle insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service by anticipating customers’ needs, addressing and taking ownership of resolving questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensures community common areas and grounds are consistently maintained to company standards, proactively identifying and resolving any potential hazards.
• Completes all administrative resident services tasks and ensures they are accurately documented in the appropriate operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by adopting and maximizing the use of new and existing technologies.
