The role emphasizes excellent customer service, utilization of Google Suite, and occasional travel between communities to maintain service levels and safety standards.

Qualifications

• On-site resident relations with a focus on customer service.
• Proactively addresses and resolves questions and concerns.
• Maintains and documents resident services in the operating platform.
• Drives efficiency by using existing and new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for resident interactions on-site.
• Foster positive relationships and manage resident communications; assist during move-in/move-out.
• Ensure common areas meet company standards and identify potential hazards.
• Complete administrative resident services tasks and document them accurately.
