Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union is seeking a Regional Teller/Relationship Banker to serve members across Michigan branches, handling transactions and helping meet financial needs. You will promote products, educate members, and deepen relationships while delivering outstanding service.

This role requires up to six months' related experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualificações

• Up to six months of similar or related experience.
• High school degree or GED is required.
• Ability to deal calmly and professionally with diverse personalities.
• Strong customer service skills and discretion.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Familiarity with Word and Outlook.

Responsabilidades

• Processes transactions including deposits, withdrawals, checks, transfers, wire transfers, and loan payments.
• Updates account information and documents member interviews accurately.
• Deepens member relationships by recommending credit union products and services.
• Researches issues and collaborates with internal departments to resolve concerns.
• Performs department support duties like scanning, faxes, and daily reports.
