Job summary

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of similar or related experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a proactive sales role in banking/credit union.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Utilize a consultative interview process to identify opportunities and deliver financial solutions.
• Process transactions, update account information, and document member interviews accurately.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve member issues.
• Support lending and loan processing activities and follow loan closing steps.
• Comply with applicable laws and regulations.
