Job summary
Cornerstone Community Financial Credit Union is seeking a Regional Relationship Banker II to develop and nurture member relationships across Michigan branches, including Auburn Hills, Center Line, Clinton Township, Macomb, Royal Oak, Sterling Heights, and Troy. The role emphasizes consultative selling and delivering tailored financial solutions to meet member needs.
The position will travel between branches as needed and has potential to transition into a permanent branch placement after
Qualifications
- Six months to two years of similar or related experience in banking or sales.
- Minimum 2 years in proactive sales within banking/credit union environment opening accounts and taking loan applications.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Outlook.
Responsibilities
- Utilizes consultative interview approach to identify opportunities and educate members on financial solutions.
- Processes transactions and updates account information with accuracy.
- Resolves member concerns by researching issues and collaborating with internal teams.
- Supports loan processes from application to close and follows up through closing.
