Job summary

Members First Credit Union in Michigan is seeking a Float Member Service Representative I/Teller to travel between Mid-Michigan branches and deliver exceptional member service across locations. You will handle transactions, assist with accounts, and promote credit union products through needs-based conversations while maintaining security and confidentiality.

This non-exempt, in-branch role operates 8-5, Monday-Friday with some Saturday hours and opportunities to grow, including CCUFC

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience operating a personal computer.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with members and staff.
Working knowledge of credit union products and services (or ability to learn).
Skills in Microsoft 365.

Responsibilities

Deliver on the Credit Union’s promises in every situation.
Receive and process member transactions including cash, deposits, transfers, and loan payments.
Assist members with account maintenance and changes while ensuring welcoming, unbiased service.
Cross-sell products and services using needs-based conversations.
Maintain accurate transaction records and follow up on member requests across branches.
Participate in coaching and development activities.
