Dayton Freight Lines, Inc. is seeking a Recruiter to support Service Centers in recruitment, hiring, training and onboarding of quality candidates. You will travel to various locations, coordinate with Hiring Managers, and build strong pipelines.

The role emphasizes collaboration, organization and communication skills, plus experience in interviewing, ATS usage, and providing a positive candidate experience. Competitive benefits and a team-focused environment await.

Qualifikationen

• Detail oriented and organized
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Experience conducting interviews and reviewing applications is a plus
• Previous HR/Recruiting experience is a plus
• Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite

Aufgaben

• Willingness to travel to various Service Centers, Career Fairs, School or Club presentations, and hiring events
• Collaborate with the Recruiting Manager to align recruiting strategies to meet goals
• Develop and source a strong pipeline of candidates using social media, job boards, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, search agencies, etc
• Review applications for candidates at various levels
• Recruit hourly employees and Interns
• Interview applicants in-person and virtually
• Set up interviews for Hiring Managers
• Follow up with candidates during the interview process
• Advance candidates through the Interview and Hiring Process in ATS
• Create Training Schedule for new employees
• Assist new hires with onboarding and orientation at Service Center level
• Train new Service Center employees
• Maintain communication with Service Center leadership on staffing needs
• Other duties as assigned
