Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage on-site tenant recertifications across a nationwide portfolio. The role requires heavy travel (up to 100%) and coordination of interviews, data collection, and rent calculations at multiple apartment communities.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recertification, LIHTC/HUD designations, and experience with Section 8. Travel is regional and nationwide, with emphasis near major airports.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years recertification experience
• Must have LIHTC recertification experience
• HUD/LIHTC program knowledge including 4350/236/CPO
• Section 8 and Public Housing experience required

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct resident interviews and renewals
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs
• Complete annual and interim recertifications
• Coordinate on-site data collection and processing of resident information
• Ensure accurate income/assets/rent calculations
• Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications
• Maintain resident files per policy and regulations
