Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage certification, recertification, and leasing for multifamily communities across the United States. The role requires frequent on-site work and travel, with emphasis on accuracy, regulatory compliance, and excellent tenant communication.

The ideal candidate has at least two years of recertification experience and HUD/LIHTC expertise, particularly Section 8 and Public Housing.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years recertification experience.
• COS/TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations preferred.
• Section 8 or Public Housing experience required.
• Ability to travel up to 100% and work on-site.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident interviews and manage tenant-facing processes.
• Coordinate on-site data collection and processing of resident information.
• Schedule recertification interviews and ensure accurate income/assets calculations.
• Coordinate apartment inspections for recertifications.
• Maintain resident files per policy and regulatory guidelines.
