Job summary

Pratum Companies is seeking a Traveling Recertification Specialist to manage on-site recertifications for residential multifamily communities nationwide. Travel up to 100% is required, with support across regions including the DC metro area and beyond.

The role emphasizes accurate income/asset calculations, scheduling, interviews, and document management for HUD/LIHTC programs. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years in recertification with COS/TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations, strong communication

Qualifications

Impeccable customer service skills required.
Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
Minimum two years recertification experience with COS, TCS or HUD/LIHTC designations preferred; Section 8/public housing acceptable.
Ability to multitask within time constraints and work independently.
Experience with HUD/LIHTC programs and LIHTC recertification required.
Section 8 and Public Housing experience a must.

Responsibilities

Schedule resident interviews and manage tenant-facing duties.
Assist with move-ins/move-outs and recertifications.
Coordinate on-site data collection and processing of resident information.
Ensure proper calculation of income, assets, rent levels and inspections for recertifications.
Support management in preparing for state audits.
Other tasks as needed.
