Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or property management is preferred.
• Ability to travel between properties and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Travel between properties to assist daily operations and maintain service standards.
• Act as primary resident contact for inquiries and service requests.
• Conduct property walk-throughs to identify maintenance needs with on-site teams.
• Assist with move-ins/move-outs and leasing procedures across communities.
• Provide feedback to management to improve resident experiences and operations.
