Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a personable Resident Concierge to warmly welcome residents, guests, and vendors, guide leasing processes, handle applications, and assist with move-ins. You will be the friendly face at the front desk, ensuring a smooth, professional experience for prospective and current residents.

Qualifications

• Strong work ethic and reliability.

• Comfortable with sales and converting leads to leases.

• Willing to work weekends/holidays.
• Familiarity with property management software or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact at front desk, greeting residents, guests, and vendors.
• Greet and tour prospects, highlighting features and amenities.
• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
• Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, prepare leases.
• Follow up with leads to convert to signed leases.
• Maintain records of traffic and leasing activity in PM system.
• Assist move-in coordination and welcome packet preparation.
• Address resident concerns professionally and escalate when needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly.
