Job summary

Arcan Capital is seeking a personable Resident Concierge to welcome residents, guests, and vendors. You will guide prospects through leasing, support move-ins, and help daily operations with a professional, service-first approach.

The role blends hospitality, leasing support, and administration, requiring strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-3 years in customer service, hospitality, front desk, or leasing; apartment industry experience preferred.
• Experience with property management systems (Yardi/RealPage/Entrata) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk/office, providing a warm, professional welcome to residents, guests, and vendors.
• Greet and tour prospective residents through the community, model units, and amenities, highlighting features and benefits.
• Answer phone, email, and walk-in inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process rental applications, run background/credit checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Follow up with prospects and leads to convert interest into signed leases.
• Maintain accurate records of traffic, leasing activity, and availability in the property management system.
• Assist with move-in coordination, including paperwork, orientation, and welcome packets.
• Handle resident concerns or complaints with professionalism, escalating as needed.
• Report maintenance or safety issues promptly and follow established safety procedures.
