Job summary

Arcan Capital, a southeastern United States apartment owner/operator, seeks a Leasing Consultant to be the first contact for prospective residents with a friendly, professional approach. You will conduct property tours, highlight amenities, process applications, background checks and lease agreements, and coordinate with on-site teams to ensure a smooth move-in and outstanding resident service.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in leasing, hospitality, or administrative support is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide property tours and answer inquiries.
• Promote community amenities and lease terms.
• Process applications, background checks, and prepare lease agreements.
• Coordinate move-in readiness with on-site teams.
• Deliver exceptional resident service and address concerns.
• Maintain accurate resident records and respond to inquiries.
