Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Mechanical Project Superintendent to efficiently schedule, manage, and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to meet the project master schedule. You will lead, mentor, and enforce plans, specs, and safety on diverse infrastructure projects across the United States.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years as a construction superintendent, experience with structural steel and PEMB, plus data center project exposure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Min 3 years as construction superintendent; or 10+ years without a degree.
• Structural Steel experience.
• PEMB experience.
• Prior experience with data center projects.
• OSHA certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Scheduling software, and document control.

Responsibilities

• Review subcontractor scope of work and manage safety meetings.
• Coordinate progress with PM/PCM/PFE and maintain master schedule.
• Manage daily log reports (Procore) and as-built drawings.
• Oversee inspections and close-out documentation.
• Maintain site layout and benchmarking.
• Coordinate and schedule project inspections; ensure proper close-out documentation.
