Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software.
• Deep knowledge of building codes and on-site coordination.
• Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site activities and promote professional relationships.
• Direct and inspect subcontractors and field operations with assistants.
• Conduct weekly subcontractor and safety meetings and document results.
• Participate in OAC meetings and project conferences with PM.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants via RFIs and meetings.
• Mentor junior staff for future leadership roles.
• Ensure QA/QC, safety compliance, and document deficiencies.
• Review pay applications and requisitions for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed project records and ensure permits and postings.
• Close out plans, redlines, and warranty completions.
