Job summary

Fairway Construction Co., Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent for a traveling role across GA/SC/FL. You will manage construction schedule and budget, supervise on-site staff, and ensure codes and safety.

This position requires 100% travel to project sites with overnight stays when needed. The ideal candidate has 10+ years in construction, multi-family and stick-built experience, and proficiency in Project management tools.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 10 years of construction experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or relevant field preferred.
• Multi-family and stick-built construction experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the overall construction schedule and completion dates; input during scheduling.
• Manage the overall project budget and provide value engineering opportunities.
• Direct and supervise on-site subcontractors and laborers and other staff.
• Verify construction/installation quality; check measurements and elevations.
• Ensure city, county, and state codes and regulations are met.
• Ensure safety requirements; conduct weekly safety meetings on-site.
• Evaluate/solve problems from subcontractors and workers.
• Schedule and coordinate all deliveries.
• Meet EarthCraft requirements and document throughout the project.
• Attend company meetings for current projects with owners.
