Qualifications

• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff.
• Manages prestart process and bid package development.
• Develops and updates project schedule and manages resources.
• Coordinates subcontractors, owner, design team, and vendors.
• Prepares change requests and coordinates owner/architect approvals.
