Qualifications

• 7+ years construction management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of moderately complex construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Coordinate with stakeholders including subcontractors, owners, and design teams.
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and change controls.
• Represent safety culture and enforce injury-free environment on site.
• Facilitate meetings and document decisions affecting budget, schedule, and quality.
