• 7+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall direction and leadership on moderately complex projects or portions of large construction projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget and safety programs.
• Lead meetings with owners, architects and subcontractors; prepare change orders and closeout packages.
