Build Renewables LLC is hiring a Project Engineer - Utility and Repower to manage a team of Field Engineers, QA Specialists, and support the Project Management and Operations teams on national solar and storage projects.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Construction/Engineering, strong communication, and hands-on knowledge of Procore, AutoCAD, and Bluebeam. 100% travel to project sites with a focus on safety and on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction, construction management, engineering or equivalent experience.
• Experience on renewable energy projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
• Knowledge of Procore and AutoCAD desired.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Mentor, lead, and evaluate field engineers.
• Validate field quantities aligned with project progress.
• Assist Logistics with materials, tools and supplies per contract and design specs.
• Coordinate with Procurement/Logistics to ensure delivery quality.
• Lead meetings and plan subtasks with Operations and client.
• Support Superintendents and Foremen on field questions.
• Oversee review of shop drawings, submittals, and RFIs.
• Participate in schedule reviews, cost-to-complete meetings and change orders.
• Assist with subcontract agreements and project close-out processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
