Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field or equivalent experience (2 years plus construction experience).
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Microsoft Office).
• Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents.

Responsibilities

• Generate and approve monthly billing and earned value data.
• Develop and manage project schedules for small to mid-size projects.
• Monitor cost and schedule performance and prepare financial reports.
