Job summary

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience, plus proficiency in MS Office and construction scheduling tools. Travel up to 25% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 6 years construction experience; or equivalent.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical docs and regulations.
• Strong written and verbal communication across teams.
• Cost accounting awareness and project budgeting skills.
• Proficiency with construction software and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Generates and approvals of monthly billing and earned values.
• Develops and manages project schedules for small to mid projects.
• Analyzes targets, job costs, and reports for management.
• Collaborates to manage job transitions and procurement planning.
• Prepares field POs and major purchase orders as needed.
• Supports project financial reviews with the PM and Superintendent.
• Coordinates as-built records and turnover processes.
• Leads LEAN/SQP initiatives and ensures subcontractor compliance.
