Job summary

Lemartec, a MasTec company, is seeking a Project Director to lead a team of senior project managers and field staff on nationwide infrastructure projects. You will align project execution with contract requirements, safety, and quality standards, while driving value for stakeholders.

You will oversee budgets, schedules, and resource planning, participate in prime contract negotiations, and coach teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Travel within the U.S.
• Experience managing projects exceeding $250M in value.
• Design-build project experience.
• Strong planning and scheduling skills.
• Budget control and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic project direction and PM teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee budgets, schedules, and resource planning across multiple projects.
• Manage prime contracts, client communications, and risk/quality controls.
• Coach project teams to enhance performance and CI across engagements.
