Job summary

JE Dunn Construction is seeking a Project Director to provide overall direction and leadership for a major work program across all project phases. You will drive strategy, risk management, and financial performance, while maintaining strong client relationships and a culture of safety and excellence.

You will lead preconstruction and execution efforts, oversee subcontractor strategy, and coordinate with senior management to meet contractual and financial targets.

Qualifications

• At least 15+ years construction management experience
• 5+ years people management experience
• Proven ability to lead large/complex projects
• Experience running 75M+ aviation projects preferred
• Strong knowledge of safety, risk, and budget controls

Responsibilities

• Provide direction and leadership across all project phases and lifecycle.
• Lead safety culture and injury-prevention initiatives.
• Support strategy development and policy implementation within the work program.
• Provide strategic direction to team members consistent with client goals.
• Manage client relationships at leadership level and drive repeat business.
