F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician who will install, troubleshoot, and train customers on Point of Sale systems across the United States and Canada.

You’ll travel frequently, lead on-site engagements, and ensure smooth go-lives while maintaining safety and accurate reporting. The role requires strong technical aptitude, POS knowledge, and the ability to work independently while on the road.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Strong travel willingness and ability to work across multiple locations.
• Experience with POS systems and basic IT troubleshooting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Point of Sale systems at customer sites.
• Travel to sites across the US/Canada; conduct training and go‑live support.
• Engage with customers professionally and manage documentation on site.
• Coordinate with scheduling, dispatch, and safety protocols during travel.
