Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. seeks a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train customers on POS systems across the United States and Canada. You will travel Monday through Friday with overnight stays as needed, ensuring smooth operations at varied sites.

You must reside within 50 miles of Houston, TX, and be prepared for significant travel, including weekends. A valid driver's license and passport are required; benefits include health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Willingness to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• REAL ID or equivalent TSA-compliant ID.
• Valid passport for international travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel Monday–Friday to customer sites across the US/Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Provide remote installations and support as assigned.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Lead customer engagement during training, go-live, and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling and adapt to changes.
• Transport and track company equipment and inventory during travel.
• Submit expense reports per travel guidelines.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
