Job summary

F3 Technologies, a leading field service technology company, is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician to install, troubleshoot, and train on Point of Sale systems across the United States and Canada. You will travel extensively, including weekends, with overnight stays as required.

The role demands strong technical skills, hospitality mindset, and the ability to adapt to varying schedules and time zones.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to travel up to full week with overnight stays.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Passport for international travel if required.

Responsibilities

• Travel Monday through Friday to customer sites in the US/Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and deliver timely solutions.
• Lead customer engagement during training, go-live, and on-site support.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with scheduling; adapt to delays and reassignments.
• Submit expense reports and document work performed and parts used.
