Job summary

F3 Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Traveling Field Implementation Technician who will roam across the US and Canada to install, troubleshoot, and train on Point of Sale systems. You’ll lead customer engagements during go-lives and coordinate itineraries with dispatch, often working overnight and across time zones.

This role requires strong problem-solving, independent work with a team, and the ability to lift and move equipment as travel demands. Eligible for remote support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Must be 21+ with valid driver's license and driving record meeting requirements.
• Willing to travel up to a full week with overnight stays.
• Must reside within a reasonable distance of a major commercial airport.
• Valid TSA/REAL ID compliant ID or passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel to customer sites across the US/Canada to install, maintain, replace, and repair POS systems.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely, effective solutions.
• Lead high‑level customer engagement during training, go‑live and troubleshooting.
• Coordinate travel itineraries with dispatch and adapt to changes quickly.
• Submit expense reports and maintain accurate records of work and parts used.
