Job summary

Lemartec Corporation seeks a Plumbing Project Superintendent to lead scheduling, coordination, and safety across multiple sub-contractors and trades. You will ensure progress per the Master Schedule and maintain control of documentation and inspections.

Travel up to 100% nationwide, supporting projects across the US, including data center work. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Construction Management, 3+ years as a superintendent, OSHA certification, and familiarity with MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• 3 years’ work experience as a construction Superintendent; or 10+ years without a degree.
• Structural Steel experience.
• PEMB Experience.
• Data center project experience required.
• OSHA certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or Primavera (P6) and document management tools.

Responsibilities

• Permit document administration and control.
• Review subcontractor scope of work and coordination.
• Coordinate safety meetings and project safety oversight.
• Control project access and traffic.
• Inventory tools/equipment and coordinate rentals.
• Schedule and record project testing and certificates.
• Daily progress communication with PM/PCM/PFE.
• Prepare 3-week look-ahead schedules and update the master schedule.
• Maintain As-Built drawings for submission.
• Schedule project inspections and ensure close-out documentation.
• Quality control of materials and equipment.
• Site layout and benchmarks control.
