Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma; engineering or construction management degree preferred.
• Experience in industrial piping construction; supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read plans, drawings, piping specs, and blueprints.
• Proven leadership, organizational, and communication capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day piping crews and ensure safe, efficient operations.
• Schedule labor and allocate manpower to meet project needs.
• Mentor and evaluate piping personnel to improve performance.
• Ensure compliance with design specs, safety standards, and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other superintendents to align with project timelines.
• Review project plans, drawings, and piping specifications.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of piping systems.
• Assist in procurement of materials and equipment for piping work.
• Enforce safety policies; conduct toolbox talks and safety audits.
