ScriptPro seeks a Training Specialist to lead both in-person and virtual sessions, supporting pharmacy staff implementing ScriptPro systems. The role includes go-live support, evaluating workflows, and acting as a liaison with customers. Extensive travel both domestically and internationally is required.

Reporting to the Manager, Field Training, this full-time position may involve weekends and varying schedules, with a strong emphasis on communication, presentation, and customer service skills.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 85%, including multi-hour flights, long-distance driving, and weekends.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fundamental understanding of the principles of presentation and how to engage learners.
• Experience with virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Skype.
• Talent for rapidly learning new skills and ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly establish rapport with learners while representing the company professionally.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations to train staff to use ScriptPro systems.
• Provide go-live support to pharmacy staff during system implementation.
• Observe workflow and suggest improvements to maximize system use and productivity.
• Communicate information effectively between ScriptPro and customers.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions on ScriptPro products.
• Build valuable relationships across ScriptPro departments.
• Become a system expert for ScriptPro products and optimize pharmacy operations.
• Represent ScriptPro and the Field Training team professionally.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
