Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Training Specialist for leading in-person and virtual training sessions across pharmacy locations in the United States and abroad. The role focuses on go-live support, workflow assessment, and maximizing ScriptPro system efficiency, requiring strong communication and customer service skills.

You will travel frequently, including multi-day trips, and interact with customers to ensure successful implementations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in communication, business, or related field.
• Ability to travel up to 85%, including long flights and weekends.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid presentation skills and ability to engage learners.
• Experience with virtual training platforms such as Microsoft Teams and Skype.
• Rapid learner with adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and professional representation of the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for pharmacy staff.
• Provide go-live support during system implementations.
• Assess workflows and suggest improvements to maximize system use.
• Communicate effectively between ScriptPro and customers.
• Conduct virtual trainings across ScriptPro products.
• Build relationships across ScriptPro departments.
• Become a ScriptPro system expert and efficiency advocate.
• Represent ScriptPro and the Field Training team professionally.
