Job summary

ScriptPro is seeking a Training Specialist to lead in-person and virtual sessions for pharmacy staff implementing ScriptPro systems. You will provide go-live support, assess workflows, and serve as a liaison between ScriptPro and customers, with extensive travel to domestic and international locations.

The role requires strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills, plus the ability to learn new technologies quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, or related field preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 85%, including flights and long drives.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong presentation and learner engagement skills.
• Experience with virtual training platforms like Teams and Skype.
• Rapidly learn new skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional in communication while representing the company.

Responsibilities

• Travel to domestic and international pharmacy locations to train staff on ScriptPro systems.
• Provide go-live support during initial system implementations.
• Observe workflows and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Communicate effectively as a liaison between ScriptPro and customers.
• Facilitate virtual training sessions across ScriptPro products.
• Build relationships across ScriptPro departments and teams.
