• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collect and process payments.
• Handle authorizations and communication with parents by mail and calls.
• Schedule and confirm treatment and recall appointments.
• Answer calls and manage front-desk tasks.
• Check patients in and out and maintain daily sign-in sheets.
• Scan and enter patient information into the system.
