ReFocus Eye Health seeks a friendly Front Desk Representative to be the welcoming face of our ophthalmology group across Meriden and Bloomfield, CT. This in-person role handles check-ins/outs, scheduling, insurance verification, billing support, and patient questions to keep the front desk running smoothly.

You’ll need excellent communication, data-entry skills, teamwork, and a high school diploma. Ophthalmology experience is a plus, with EMR familiarity a bonus.

• Knowledge of medical terminology and office procedures.
• Proficiency in data entry and computer skills.

Responsibilities
