Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly expanding across the US. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week. We are seeking a motivated individual to assist with rollouts, onboarding, and fill-in roles nationwide. This position requires willingness to travel up to 90% of the time and for extended periods. Candidates must reside in Orlando, FL, or near a major airport. You will report directly to the VPs of Operations and the President of Operations.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Traveling across the country to deliver exceptional service to clients
• Managing multiple routes daily across different locations
• Rolling out new communities, including orientations, container deliveries, and staffing
• Training and onboarding new employees, including full-time managers
• Frequent flying and driving to various markets
