Job description

Oversee and ensure the overall profitability of the regional operations center. This includes but is not limited to reaching and exceeding financial & referral goals, managing staffing efficiencies, and overseeing staff performance and improvements. Present regular reports to management on requested topics.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Driving Revenue Growth
  • Deliver excellent customer service to drive revenue growth
  • Meet scheduling best practices and turnaround time requirements
  • Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reports
  • Manage client inquiries promptly
  • Optimizing Physician Costs
    • Ensure client invoices adhere to the fee schedule
    • Oversee the selection of physicians based on location, specialty, and pricing
    • Build relationships with key physicians to retain panels
  • Manage Staff Performance and Capacity
    • Monitor key performance metrics of CSR and QA staff
    • Ensure team meets or exceeds 85% of output goals
    • Hire new staff as needed
    • Conduct performance evaluations
    • Handle discipline and termination appropriately
  • Client Interaction
    • Join client visits as needed, possibly with sales staff
  • Regional Production and Performance
    • Plan and organize daily activities
    • Analyze performance, financial, and activity data
    • Coordinate with HR, finance, IT, and BA
    • Determine labor needs to meet goals
  • Oversee deposition processes
  • Other duties and projects as assigned
  • Requirements

    Education/Credentials: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred

    Experience: Healthcare and/or insurance experience preferred, especially in Worker's Compensation or Auto insurance

    Skills/Competencies: Excellent communication, critical thinking, time management, ability to meet deadlines, computer literacy, typing skills

    Working Conditions: Physical demands include lifting, bending, traveling; long periods of sitting and computer work

    Work from Home Tech Requirements: Own internet service and maintain an uninterrupted connection
