Operations and Training Specialist

Job Location: Remote with a minimum 50% travel to the properties throughout OH (mainly in the Dayton and Cincinnati area).
Position Type: Full Time

We are seeking an Operations and Training Specialist to support the Regional Manager throughout IA and IL traveling about 50% of the time. We are looking for someone that will oversee our property operational processes and lead our training initiatives in that region. This role will report to the Regional Vice President of Property Management and focus on improving efficiency, fostering a culture of continuous learning, and ensuring our team has the skills necessary to excel in their roles. Some examples of the job functions will include maintaining compliance and consistency, completing site reviews and file audits, completing recertifications, helping with lease ups, new hire training, etc.
