Job description

Traveling Operations Manager - Doorstep Trash

Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly expanding across the US, providing doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week. We are seeking a motivated individual to assist with rollouts, onboarding, and fill-in roles nationwide. The ideal candidate must be willing to travel up to 90% of the time, including extended periods, and reside in one of the following metro areas: Atlanta, GA, or nearby major airports. You will report directly to the VPs of Operations and the President of Operations.

The primary responsibilities include:

  1. Traveling across the country to deliver exceptional service to clients
  2. Rolling out new communities, including orientations, container deliveries, and staffing
  3. Training and onboarding new employees, including full-time managers
  4. Traveling frequently by plane and car to various markets
