Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Mobile Associate to provide flexible operational support across multiple locations. This non-exempt, full-time role includes travel to open shifts, coordination with workforce management, and delivering high-quality client service.

The position reports to the Client Relations Manager or Director and will require adaptability, strong communication, and the ability to work across diverse environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service, operational support, workforce coordination, or related role.
• Experience in dynamic or multi-site environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Travel to Opensity Solutions locations to cover open shifts and staffing shortages.
• Coordinate with workforce management to receive assignments and schedule travel.
• Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all sites.
• Integrate quickly into on-site teams with minimal supervision.
• Deliver professional and responsive service to clients and site personnel.
• Maintain communication with workforce management regarding availability and scheduling.
